Let the amount of rose  syrup  be x

Then the amount of milk  will be 4x

Total quantity of drink= x+4x= 5x

As per the given condition

5x= 2 litre

 x= 2/5 litre =0.4 litre

Milk used will be = 4x

                            = 4x0.4  = 1.6 litr     e
