Answer A = the neighbours killed the dog in anger. they have expected the dog to help them get a treasure, but the dog had rather taken them to a foul smelling dead kitten

Answer B= Mr. gessler's complained that the big firms were making money through attracting customers by advertisement. they were not earning because of the quality of their work but because of the marketing

Answer C = fire is a bad master because it has high temperature and it can burn object.

Answer D = An elderly man boarded the train. he was carrying the bedroll, a few bundles, a big trunk and two large earthen pots. the man said he would sit in a corner and not brother them at all.
