How?
First just multiply 7&8 then calculate the sum of digits after the decimal point-0.007- 3 digits & 0.8-1 digit after the decimal point so the sum equals to 4.

Therefore the no of digits after the decimal point =4

So, we add two more zeros before 56 as the number would chage if we add after.

Therefore we get the answer that is - 0.0056
