Auto-enrollment is a good idea. Because this way people will be enrolled for pension schemes. Its a good way because there would be ensured benefit for those people who don't earn much. There's an eligibility and a non eligibility criteria and this will be happening in the UK. however, personal biasness might be a problem considering how employers will be doing the handling.
