Yes , Indian states get enough space to express their point of views regarding a national problem as well as they also share their problems  which occur within their state. In the parliament, every state representing body is elected from the state who is known as Member Of Parliament . These MLAs put their area/ state problem direct in the parliament and can ask for help  directly from the central .In the parliament these MLAs discuss and debate on certain problems and more precise decisions are made. And these decided policies or laws get implemented in the state or whole India .
