As the plants take continuous minerals from the soil and food too...

The minerals and nutrients get up soon and the soil can loose it's things

Also nowadays the farmers are using a lot of pesticides and insecticides , the soil's nutrients level get finished and soil may get affected .

Answer:

Continuous plantation of crop in a field make the soil poor in certain nutrients such as nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium etc... . When a farmer continues to grow crops one after another then all nutrients available in the soil reduce and the the crop yield decreases automatically.
