Given, sum of zeros = - 3/5

And, product of zeros = - 2/5

Quadratic polynomial =

F(x) = x^2 - ( sum of zeros) *x + product of zeros

F(x) = x^2 - (-3/5)*x + (-3/5)

F(x) = x^2 +3/5*x - 3/5
