8. Find the volume, curved surface area and the total surface area of a cone having base radius 35 cm and height 12 cm.

Answer:

radius r = 35 cm

height h=12 cm

volume of cone = 1/3 *pi*r^2 *h

=1/3 *22/7*1225*12

=15400

CSA OF CONE =pi *r* l

=22/7*35*37

=4070

TSA OF CONE = pi * r ( r+ l)

=22/7 *35(35+37)

= 7920
