Answer:

(a)  this is because the speed of sound is slower than the speed of light

so when there  is thunder the sound is heard after 6 secs of seeing the flash of light

(b) this is because when it is curved the sounds reflection gets spread to every corner of the hall  and so that every people can hear the sound clearly.

(c) some animals have an audible range of below 20 hz which we cannot hear as these are infrasonic ... these sounds are also produced by earthquakes which disturbs these animals :)
