8 gm caustic soda ( molar mass to) is dissolved in water and solution is made to 800 cm³ calculate the molarity of the solution​

Caustic soda implies Na OH, molar mass of which is 40 grams

Thus, when 40g of Na OH is dissolved in 1 litre(1000cm 3 ) of water, resulting solution is xM

i:e 40g=1000× x M

So for 8g,

,= 40×800 / 1000×10×1

=32M.
