Formation of organ takes place in the embryonic stage of an organism after the formation of three germinal layers i.e. endoderm,mesoderm and ectoderm in the blastula. The formation of organs is termed as organogenesis.

●Organs formed by Endoderm viz. Skin,nails,hairs,complete nervous system,etc.

■Organs formed by Mesoderm viz.muscles,kidneys,uterus,spleen,etc.

●Organs formed by Ectoderm viz.liver,bronchi and lungs,reproductive glands,etc.
