8. How can the boiling point of a liquid be raised, without adding any impurity?
Answers
Answer:
Boiling point is the temperature at which the liquid molecules at the free surface of the liquid is free enough to move out of the surface.
Actually, at this temperature, the molecule have enough energy and vibration motion, that it is capable enough to oppose the attractive forces between the molecules and move out.
If we just increase the pressure around the liquid, it no longer can move out of the free surface due to the pressure above it. So, the temperature needs to be increased, so that the molecules now have enough energy again, to oppose the attractive forces as well as the additional pressure above it.
The pressure cooker that we use in our day to day life also works on the same principle. It increases the pressure above the food to be cooked, so that the food is cooked at a higher temperature and thus cooked properly.
Hope this helps.

Answer:
Maximum Bowling point of Liquid = 100 degree Celsius... Of we convert it into ferhanite then =100+273=373... And its temperature can't raise above 100 degree Celsius.. Because their is present latent heat of fusion... It means hidden heat... It works as breaking down of force of attraction of particles......
