Here,roots are x1=2/3 & x2=(-3).

We know that x1+x2=(-7)/a

So, 2/3+(-3)=(-7)/a

Or, (2-9)/3=(-7)/a

Or, (-7)/3=(-7)/a

i.e.,a=3

Also we know that x1×x2=b/a

So,(2/3)×(-3)=b/3

Or, -2=b/3

Or, b=-6
