2X+Y=2(ab+3)+(a+b3)

=2ab+6+a+3b

=2ab+a+3b+6

=a(2b+1)+3(b+2)

X-2Y=(ab+3)-2(a+3b)

=ab+3-2a-6b

=ab-2a-6b+3

=q(b-2)-3(2b-1)
