8. In the given figure, P and Q are two points on the equal sides AB
and AC of an isosceles triangle ABC such that AP = AQ. Prove
that PC = QB.
(Hint: First prove AAPC and AAQB congruent as AC = AB, ZA = ZA
and AP = AQ by SAS criterion of congruence. Then prove PC = QB
(as corresponding parts of congruent triangles are equal)]

as he say that p and q are two points on the equal side AB & AC

so that' why AB =AC

and it give AP=AQ

then you can see in the hint

it will help you

and here 1 theorem is used that are in the class 9th math ncert book

it's that the opposite angles of the same sides are equal
