8) Long question answer:-

(a) The obtuse angle of obtuse angled isosceles triangle is 130°. Find the other
two angles.
(b) Draw a line PQ = 5cm and take a point A on it such that AP= 3 cm. Taking
A as the centre draw
an angle of 90° using a pair of compasses.
(c) Following are the number of children in 20 families of a colony:
2,3,1,2,4,3,2,2,2,1,1,4,2,3,1,1,2,2,3,1
Tabulate the above data using tally marks and answer the following
question:-
(i) What is the minimum number of children in a family?​

Answer:

a) We know that angles opposite to equal sides are equal then,

Let both of the angles be x.

Therefore

x + x + 130 = 180

2x = 180 - 130

2x = 50

x= 50/2

x = 25°

Therefore both the angles will be of 25°.
