Yes... It can perfectly shown in both the case.. Of saheb as well as of mukesh

In seema (saheb's home) they were having ration cards only for their name even they dont have any other identity

But,

The vicious circle corrupts the life of mukesh and his community more terrficly

As they were all jammed by the middlemen shahukars police men etc as if when then try to form unions or leave to do any other job(than bangle making)

They were beaten and dragged by these politicians and middlemen

Hit thank if u like

Answer:

Lost Spring: stories of stolen childhood by Anees Jung is a collection of stories of children who are stolen of their childhood due to the lives they are forced to lead due to their socioeconomic and political circumstances.

Explanation:

In the text, the two characters, Mukesh and Saheb, are subject to exploitation due to external circumstances. Belonging to a refugee family, Saheb was forced into poverty and child labor. Mukesh is forced into a potentially life-ruining bangle-making business since a very young age and many other children in the industry also suffer the same fate.

Since there are such red tapes in the administration and bureaucracy, it is nearly impossible to rehabilitate such children in the mainstream society and provide them with the childhood that every child has a right to.
