8. Mahmud of Ghazni carried out 17 raids on India during 25 years. Muhammad Ghori defeated
Prithviraj Chauhan and Jaichand and laid the foundation of Muslim rule in India. Had these two
rulers fought against Ghori unitedly, he would have been badly defeated. In this context, explain
the weakness of Indian rulers, particularly of the Rajputs, which led to the establishment of Muslim

Answer:

you have to know that these rajputs were fighting for the empire so using this the Mughal rulers talked with jaichand that he would help him to get that empire, so he also thought that as a true one but he was cheated so if they had United they would have won with the Mughal emperor. This made a huge loss for India because Mohammad ghori took treasures of the Indian temple to construct a city , which had a major impact on India
