Given :
8 males complete the work in 12 days
Therefore,
The work done by males in 1 day
= 1/12......(1)
Now,
6 females complete the same work in 32 days
Therefore, 8 female will complete the same work in 32*6/8 = 24 days....(2)
The work done by 8 females in 1 day
=1/24....(3)


Now, if 8 men & 8 females work together then the work done in 1 day
= work done by 8 males in 1 day +
Work done by 8 females in 1 day
= 1/12 + 1/24
= 3/24
= 1/8
Therefore, 8 males & 8 females can complete the given work together in 8 days
