The talkative Malini

Malini always talked too much in the class. She could not resist talking. List of her friends had been decreasing day by day. Now a time had come when she had to stand up for herself.

One of her classmates tried to teach her a lesson and hid her homework copy. When the teacher asked for the previous day's homework, Malini couldn't produce it.

She was punished while the entire class laughed at her. A talkative girl like her was unable to speak up this time. However, she thought of a plan.

Malini was a wise girl and decided to do the homework again. Her dedication made her classmates feel ashamed this time. Her teacher was surprised too.

Seeing her work, the teacher understood the whole situation and forgave her. As soon as the teacher left, Malini came up to the class and named the person who has hidden her copy.

She was shocked and wondered as to why Malini didn't utter any word in spite of knowing the truth. The views of her classmates changed from this incident onwards and they started respecting her.
