I write to your Excellency to volunteer the services of my School Social Service Club during these troubled times. I have rallied together quite a many hard-working, responsible youngsters in my team to help the flood victims in the surrounding areas! Since we are a self-financed organization, we don't have much funds and resources to help people with. However we have a strong zeal to work for people. We have just one boat, in which we go to the nearby villages and try to help people by providing them with food and drinkable water. The sad thing is we are able to help just a few; there are many victims who remain unhelped.
I request to your Excellency to involve our team of dedicated volunteers in the flood relief work undertaken by the Municipal Corporation. I appeal to you to provide my Social Club some more boats and provisions for distribution among the flood victims. There are many other organizations that can also lend a helping hand in the relief operations. All we need is proper connecting with one another. Kindly look into my appeal. Looking forward to hearing from you at the earliest!
