Answer:

Step-by-step explanation:

Given : teacher draws a straight line AB

Raju to draw another line CD  intersecting AB

∠AOD = 2c

∠AOC = 4b

Draw n  ∠COE = 60°    between  C and B

∠BOE = b  , ∠BOD = a

To Find : value of a , b & c

Solution:

∠AOC +  ∠COE + ∠BOE  = 180°         ( linear pair) Straight line AB

4b + 60° +  b = 180°

=> 5b = 120°

=> b  = 24°

∠COE + ∠BOE + ∠DOB  = 180°         ( linear pair) Straight line CD

60° +  b  + a = 180°

=>  60° +  24°  + a= 180°

=>a  = 96°

or we could use a = 4b   ( vertically opposite angle)

Hence  a  = 4(24)  = 96°

a + 2c  = 180°   ( linear pair )

96° + 2c  = 180°

=> 2c  =84°

=> c = 42°

a = 96

b = 24

c = 42

a + 2c =  96 + 2(42)  = 180°

2(24) + 42 = 90

2b + c = 90°
