Ans: 12 women

8 men can complete a piece of work in 4 days
=> 1 man can complete the work in 8×4 = 32 days (because number of days is inversely proportional to number of persons working)
=> Work done by 1 man in 1 day = 132132 

12 women can complete the same piece of work in 4 days 
=> 1 woman can complete the work in 12×4 = 48 days
=> Work done by 1 woman in 1 day = 148148 

8 children can complete the same piece of work in 8 days 
=> 1 child can complete the work in 8×8 = 64 days
=> Work done by 1 child in 1 day = 164164

Work done by 2 men, 8 children and 3 women in 2 days
=2(2×132+8×164+3×148)=2(116+18+116)=12=2(2×132+8×164+3×148)=2(116+18+116)=12

Remaining work = 1−12=121−12=12

Suppose n women complete this work in 2 days.
Then, n×148×2=12×148×2=12
