(No of people)*(efficiency)*days = total work

(8m + 10b )*10 = (6m + 8b)*14

80m + 100b = 84 m + 112b

4m = 12 b

Let no of days to complete work by 1 man = x

Now

1*3b*x = (8*3b +10b)*10

3b*x = 340b

X = 340/3 = 113(1/3) days
