If A and C combine together, the ratio of their masses will be  governed by:-

(C) Law of reciprocal proportion

- According to this law, if two different elements are combining separately with the same mass of a third element, then the ratio of the masses in which they are combining are either the same or a simple multiple of the mass ratio in which they combine.

- As the given elements A, B and C are combining in a simple ratio, so this law will govern the combination of the given elements.
