Thus,

$=8\times 15\\=120$

we get the 120

So, 10 people, required days will be as follow,

$=10\times x\\=10x$

Thus equating both the equation we get as the work completed will be the same.

$120=10x\\x=\frac{120}{10} \\x=12$

Hence  10 people required 12 days to complete the work.
