Solution:-

$2x-3=\frac{3}{10}(5x-12)$

$RHS=3(5x-12)10=\frac{15x-36}{10}$

$=>2x=\frac{3(5x-12}{10}$

$=>2x(10)-3(10)=15x-36$

$=>20x-30=15x-36$

$=>20x-15x=-36+30$

$=>5x=-6$

$=>x=\frac{-6}{5}$
