Selling price of 5 candles = 17
Selling price of 1 candle = 17/5
Let the number of candles be x
Profit of 1 candle = Selling price of 1 candle - Cost price of 1 candle
=> 17/5 - 10/3
=> 1/15
Profit of x candles = 100
Therefore, x = 100×15=1500
She bought 1500 candles in all.
