8 taps can fill a tank in 27 minute with the same rate of flow if three taps go out of order how long will the remaining taps take to fill the tank​

More the number of taps, lesser the time required to fill a tank. So, it is an inverse proportion.

Let the required time be x minutes.

⇒ 8 × 27 = 6 × x

⇒ x =   \frac{8 \times 27}{6} = 8×276= 36 minutes.
