according to question

Time taken by 8 taps to fill the tank = 27 min
Thus

time taken by 1 tap to fill the tank = 27 / 8 min

As we know that
2 taps go out of order
thus number of taps working = 6
Thus
Time taken by 6 taps to fill the tank = 27 / 8 * 6
                                                         = 81/4  min

Answer:

36 mins

Step-by-step explanation:

8 taps=  27 min

1 tap = 27 x 8 min= 216 min

6 taps = 216/6 min= 36 min

The remaining 6 taps will take 36 minutes to fill the same tank
