Let outer radius is r and inner radius is s.

π = 3.14

h = 30cm

r = 15/2 = 7.5 cm

s = 1/2 = 0.5cm

 =  > volume \:  \:  =  \pi {r}^{2} h -  \pi { s }^{2} h

 =  > volume \:  = \pi \: h \: ( {r}^{2}  -  {s}^{2} )

 =  > volume \:  = \pi \: h \: (56.25 - .25)

 =  > volume \:  =  \: 3.14 \times 30 \times 56

 =  > volume \:  =  \: 5275.2 {cm}^{3}

Hence, volume of the pipe is 5275.2 cm³.
