L1= 80m

B1= 40m

Perimeter 1= 2(l+b)= 2(80+40)

= 240

L2= increase 5%

So, 5%of 80 = 5×80 = 4

L2= 80+4= 84

B2 = decrease 5%

So, 5% of 40 = 5×40 = 2

100

B2= 40 -2 =38

Perimeter 2= 2(l+b) = 2(84+38) = 224

Ratio= P1/P2= 240/244= 60:61
