let the length and breadth be = 5x and 3x respectively

perimeter of rectangle = 2( l+b)

= 2(5x+3x)

= 16x

cost of fencing = 24 per metre

total cost = 24 × 16x

9600 = 384x

x = 25

therefore

length = 125

breadth = 75
