Answer:

Required Answer :-

Let the fraction be x - 1/x

 \sf \dfrac{x - 1 + 4}{2x} = 1

 \sf \:   \dfrac{x + 3}{2x}  = 1

 \sf \: x +  3 = 2x

 \sf \: 2x  - x = 3

 \sf \: x = 3

Fraction = 3 - 1 + 4/2(3)

Fraction = 2/3

To Find:-

  • Find the fraction.

Solution:-

Here ,

  • Let numerator be x - 1

  • Denominator be x

According to the Question:-

\tt\implies \: \dfrac { x - 1 + 4 } { 2x } = 1

\tt\implies \: x + 3 = 2x

\tt\implies \: 2x - x = 3

\tt\implies \: x = 3

Hence ,

  • Denominator is 3
