Perimeter of a semi circular plate =πr+2r

Given, πr+2r=86.4

     =>r(π+2)=86.4

     =>r= 86.4 / π + 2

=> r = 86.4 / (22/7) + 2

=> r = 86.4 / (36/7)

=> r = (86.4 x 7) / 36

=> So, r = 16.8 cm

Now to find the area of a Semi-Circle :

=> (πr square) / 2

=> (22 x square of 16.8) / 7 x 2

=> 443.52 cm sqr.
