The ratio of the sale of eggs on a Sunday and that of the whole week=2:9⇒\frac{2}{9}

Value of eggs that week=360

Let the value of eggs on Sunday be x

Ratio of value of eggs from on a Sunday and that of the whole week=x:360⇒\frac{x}{360}

SO,

2:9=x:360

\frac{2}{9}=\frac{x}{360}

By cross-multiplication,

9x=2X360

x=\frac{2*360}{9}

x=2*40

x=80

Therefore, value of eggs on Sunday=80
