To Find:
Tension T1 and T2
Solution:
Equation of force = F = ( m1 + m2 + m3 ) a
= F = (2+3+5)a
100 = 10a
a = 10m/s²
Now T1
= F − 2a
T1 = 100 - 2 × 10
T1 = 100 - 20
T1 = 80
Similarly.
T2 = F − 3a
T2 = 100 - 3 × 10
T2 = 100 - 30
T2 = 70
Answer: The values of T1 and T2 are 80 and 70.
