therefore, the ratio after increased by 10 =3x+10/5x+10

this is given to be 5:7

therefore,

3x+10/5x+10=5/7

25x+50 = 21x+70

25x-21x = 70-50 ( transposing numbers)

4x=20

x=20/4

x=5

therefore,

original n1 = 3x=15

original n2 =5x=25

N1=15 N2=25
