It is easy to state which ones are most certainly very water soluble. Both NaOH and KOH are highly water soluble. NaOH will dissolve to the extent of 1110 g/L at 20º C, KOH is pretty similar at 1210 g/L at 25º C.

Now, for the other two. Neither of them is very soluble. The Ksp of Ca(OH)2 is 5.5 x 10^-6 and the Ksp of Mg(OH)2 is 5.61 x 10^-12. Neither of them is what I would call water soluble though Mg(OH)2 is six order magnitude less soluble that Ca(OH)2.
