To make our tasty vegetable curry we must first have potato, onion, brinjal and cucumber ..

First nicely wash the vegetables so that they are germs free .

To prepare the curry take a pan heat it and add oil and once the oil is hot add the thin sliced vegetables and saute it well .then add the spices .and salt as per required.Once all the vegetables and the spices are combined we'll add water as per required and let it boil nicely .

Once done serve the tasty curry with hot rice .
