Public health care services:

The public health service are provided by the government in the form of government hospitals and healthcare centres in the rural and urban areas.

Mainly it has three parts:-

1. Primary tier
2. Secondary tier
3. Tertiary tier

Private health care services:

Private health services are offered by individuals are profit oriented. Private health facilities include laboratories with all kinds of new equipment to provide facilities of tests,X-ray,ultrasound, etc. Serveral doctors have set up their own private clinics in the urban and rural areas. The number of such private practitioners is more in urban than in rural areas.
