(8) Create a template in Word ------——

1. Click the File tab to open the Backstage.

2. Click Save As in the left panel.

3. In the Save As dialog, type a name for your document, such as “Business Letter” or “Personal Letter” or “Appraisal Report.

4. In the “Save as type” dropdown, choose Word Template (. dotx).

(9) Add a transition.----------

1. Click on the thumbnail of a slide you would like to transition into. ...

2. Select the "Slide Show" tab and then "Slide Transitions" to return to the transition effects screen.

3. Choose 1 of the transitions from the dropdown menu.

4. Pick a speed at which you would like the transition to move. ...

(10) Add slide numbers or notes page numbers----

On the Insert tab, in the Text group, click Slide Number. In the Header and Footer dialog box, do one of the following: If you want to add slide numbers, click the Slide tab, and then select the Slide number check box.

1. Open your presentation where you want to add a watermark.

2. Go to VIEW and click Slide Master.

3. Click to the INSERT tab and then click Shapes and then select a rectangular form.

4. Right click on the shape and select Format Shape.

5. On the right panel choose Picture or texture fill and browse for a picture File.

(12) One can add the title (say, name of the company) on the top of each slide in MS Word by using the 'Header' features.
