Let me write this in a simple way.

Digestion of starch- In mouth, salivary amylase partially digests starch for the food does not stay long in the mouth.

In duodenum, secretion of pancreatic amylase will break the starch to maltose. Two maltose joined together makes one starch. The maltose will be broken down to glucose by maltase. Strach digestion completed.

Digestion of fat- No digestion in mouth, nor in stomach.

In duodenum, the presence of fat will cause stored bile in gall bladder to be released. Liver produces bile. Note that bile physically breaks down the food, not chemically. it just breaks the fat into small pieces of that fat. Also, pancreas will release pancreatic lipase which will chemically break the fat down to fatty acids and glycerol. The glycerol will reach the intestine where the intestinal lipase will again break the remaining fats to fatty acids and glycerol. Digestion of fat is done.

Protein:

Protein digests in the stomach where the presence of HCL activates pepsin which will break the protein into polypeptides. In the duodenum, the pancreas will also break it by enzyme pancreatic protease. Finally, it will reach the intestine where Trypsin will break them fully down to polypeptides. Polypeptides further to be digested to Amino acids by peptidases.

I wrote it quite short, just directly the location and procedure of the digestion.

Digestion makes the food tiny enough to be absorbed by the cells.
