→ Length of track = 450m = Distance covered by them in 1 round for meeting.

so,

→ Distance covered by Vimal from 450 m = {18 / (18 + 12)} * 450 = (18/30) * 450 = 270 m .

then,

→ Number of times they would meet when Bimal covered 3240 m = 3240 / 270 = 12 times (A) (Ans.)
