800 = 0 \times 40 +  \frac{1}{2a}  \times  ({40})^{2}  \\ 800= 0 +  \frac{1}{2a}  \times 1600 \\ 800 =  \frac{1600}{2a}  \\ a =  \frac{800 \times 2}{1600}  \\ a = 1
