8000 kg engine pulls A train of 5 bases each of 2000 KG along horizontal track if the engine existe force of 40000 Newton and the track of Acer friction of 5000 Newton then calculate the net accelerating force and the acceleration of the train ​

i) Net accelerating force:-

Total force applied by engine, f1=40000N

Frictional force = 5000N

Fnet = f1+f2

= 40000N +(-5000N)

= 35000N

ii) Accelerating of the train

total accelerating force= 35000

Total mass lf the train= 2000*5 = 10000

F = ma

a = f/m

= 35000/10000

= 3.5 m/s^2
