81^1/2 can be written as √81.

√81 =9

64^1/3 can be written as 3√64

3√64 = 4

125^1/3 can be written as 3√125

3√125 = 5

therefore

[9× (4+5)]^1/4

[9×9]^1/4

81^1/4 can be written as 4√81.

4√81= 3.

Therefore the value is 3.
