Divide normally then you will get 2 as remainder we need it in decimal form so put a zero near two since we are adding zero near the remainder add a zero in the quotient too now put a point in the quotient. Now we can divide, 5x4 is 20 so put five in the quotient and write 20 below 20 and subtract it,we got 0 so stop there
The quotient is 20.5 so the answer is 20.5
