Assume that they all do the same work :

So, it becomes,

$6M=8W=12B$

So, the ratio will be:

$M:W:B\\\\=8\times 12:6\times 12:6\times 8\\\\=96:72:48\\\\=8:6:4\\\\=4:3:2$

So, the amount each men would get :

$\dfrac{4}{9}\times 820=Rs.\ 364.44$

The amount each women would get :

$\dfrac{3}{9}\times 820=273.33$

The amount each boy would get :

$\dfrac{2}{9}\times 820=182.22$
