Answer:

(c) 12.5 km/hr

Step-by-step explanation:

Let u=15 km/hr amd v=10 km/hr for the ship.

we know that, Average Velocity =  1/2(v+u)

so, applying the formula

Average Velocity = 1/2(v+u)

=> Average Velocity = 1/2(15+10) km/hr

=> Average Velocity = 1/2 x 25 km/hr

=> Average Velocity = 12.5 km/hr
